In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to erek16 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. erek16 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the platform from within the Republic of Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of erek16 or any of its operational partners, in which case separate participation rules apply.
• You have not previously been excluded from erek16 or had an account terminated for cause, including for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on the erek16 platform.

To access the erek16 platform and use its services, you must register for an account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your erek16 account:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may maintain only one active erek16 account. Registering or attempting to maintain multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment details. erek16 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorized by you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify erek16 support immediately at [email protected]. erek16 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Account Suspension: erek16 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where it suspects fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or where account activity is inconsistent with normal recreational gaming patterns.

erek16 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard requirement across the international online gaming industry and serves to protect both Players and the platform against fraud, underage gambling, and financial crime.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC verification process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID, such as your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Age: The above identity document must clearly display your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where deposits have been made via a bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), erek16 may request confirmation that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder.
• Source of Funds: In cases where account activity exceeds certain thresholds, erek16 may request documentation evidencing the lawful origin of funds deposited on the platform.

erek16 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with erek16's Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits

erek16 accepts deposits via the following locally supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. erek16 does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Deposits are credited to your erek16 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. erek16 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system downtime. In the event a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, Players should contact support with their transfer receipt as proof of payment.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the verified erek16 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied before those funds — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn.
• erek16 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may extend up to 24 hours during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• erek16 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or destination relative to normal account activity.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.

erek16 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and to the following general bonus conditions which apply site-wide:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a default wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed to satisfy wagering requirements on sportsbook bonuses must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or greater, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed on restricted markets, draws-only selections, or heavily favored outcomes may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, togel (lottery), and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) relative to slot games (which typically contribute 100%). • Abuse and Exploitation: erek16 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account of any Player who, in erek16's reasonable judgement, is abusing the bonus system — including through low-risk wagering strategies, bonus hunting, or coordinated multi-account activity.

All bets placed on the erek16 sportsbook, live casino, togel, and slot games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all erek16 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. erek16 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a manifest error (see below) has occurred.
• Manifest Errors: erek16 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or terms that were clearly published in error — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price due to a technical fault. erek16 will notify affected Players promptly and return staked funds.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet and cumulative payout limits apply across all products. These limits are product-specific and are published within the platform. erek16 reserves the right to settle winning bets at the published maximum payout limit where a bet's calculated return exceeds that limit.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. erek16 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including during unexpected stoppages, VAR reviews, or other events that materially affect match conditions.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the full accumulator to pay out. Voided selections within a mix parlay are typically removed from the accumulator, reducing the number of legs and adjusting the overall odds accordingly, subject to the specific rules for the sport in question.
• Togel Draw Results: Togel results are determined by the official draw results of the referenced pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Sydney, or other specified pools). erek16 is not responsible for discrepancies arising from updates or corrections to official draw results after initial settlement.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the erek16 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events offered on the erek16 sportsbook.
• Colluding with other Players on the live casino or poker products to gain an unfair advantage.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period. Bets that would cause the threshold to be exceeded will be declined.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is deactivated and cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period expires.

• Technical interruptions, downtime, or errors caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, and cloud hosting services.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorized access to their account.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

In all cases, erek16's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

erek16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, erek16 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the erek16 platform after a change to these Terms & Conditions has been communicated and has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact erek16 support to request account closure.

The version number and effective date published at the top of this document indicate the current applicable version. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to erek16's international operating jurisdiction. erek16 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the status of online gaming under Indonesian law, and Players are solely responsible for ensuring their personal compliance with all applicable local legislation.
